We offer comprehensive diving work, from condition assessment surveys to descriptions and structural repairs. We serve builders throughout Finland all year round!
Advanced work methods
and skilled workers

Diving jobs require special skills and equipment. Long and versatile experience has brought valuable knowledge to our company, as many working methods have been able to develop only through practical experience.

We follow standardized safety and professional diving regulations. In terms of occupational safety and the flow of work, our diving group always consists of at least three people. Our experienced divers have the qualifications required in the field, such as a professional diver's license.

The latest technology

We do underwater work with special equipment. Technology, especially in special sites, such as underwater work sites, has developed rapidly. At the construction site, a wide range of knowledge is combined, for example, about mortar pumps, injection equipment, high-pressure water injection (3000 bar), resins suitable for waterproofing, and special concrete.

We use Kirby Morgan SL 37 SS, SL 17B, Band Mask 18 helmet systems. We use oil-free low-pressure compressors to produce breathing air. Breathing air is supplied with Umbilical tubing, which contains cabling for voice connection, light and video image.

A video camera and a light unit are used for underwater filming. There is also a recording option in connection with the filming and the filming can be followed in real time on the TV monitor. The objects are filmed with the diver's helmet camera or with an external camera if requested. The time and date can be seen in the video image. A USB flash drive/link to the cloud service, where the file can be saved, is attached to the diving work report of the filming sites.

  • corrosion surveys of underwater concrete structures

  • corrosion and cavitation mapping of steel structures

  • annual inspections

  • turbine inspections and clearance measurements

  • checks of valve fastenings and condition

  • hatch groove inspections

  • concrete damage repairs and injections as work sites, e.g. bridges, power poles, earth supports, hydropower plant structures, set dam works

  • underwater formwork and concrete castings

  • underwater Welding work and burning cuts (diver class welder)

  • water spike of underwater sections

  • strengthening the structure of earth dams

  • concreting with special mortar

  • pipe and cable embedment and inspection work

  • tank cleanings by diving

  • inspection dives and their reporting; as examples: bridges, ports, wharves, power plants, pumping stations, reservoir structures, cabling, piping

  • fairway works

  • inspection and repair works of underwater parts of ports

  • underwater photography, video/still

We define the content and boundaries of each assignment together with the customer. Together, we go through, among other things, project scheduling, work instructions and instructions for preparing a work report.

We do grouting for construction companies working on renovations and other builders. We do waterproofing injections, structural injections and capillary break injections.

  • for all structures

  • to basements, parking garages, population shelters, rock spaces and elevator shafts

  • for pumping stations and concrete ring wells

  • to swimming pools

  • to hydropower plants

  • to water towers and water treatment plants.

Waterproofing injection

Water passing through the seams and cracks of concrete structures causes corrosion of concrete reinforcements and deterioration of concrete, which shortens the life of the structures considerably. A good and durable solution is obtained by injecting the concrete in such a way that water cannot penetrate the structure.

The purpose of waterproofing injection is to make the structure watertight and to prevent the entry of salts, moisture and other harmful factors from damaging the structure. In waterproofing injection, large gaps and small cracks are filled with the materials required by the object, the used mass depends on the characteristics and structural requirements of the object.

Structural grouting

Cracks appear in concrete structures due to shrinkage and stress, among other things. Structural grouting glues the parts of the structure separated by the crack together. After the injection mass hardens, the structure can withstand the load it receives and meets the original strength requirements. Injecting can also be used to glue steel pieces to concrete very effectively.

Structural grouting can be used in many different areas. In addition to bridges, caves, dams, power poles, ground supports, edge beams, decks, power plants, glulam beams and construction sites, grouting is used in industry, for example. Among other things, large machines in the paper industry can be injected tightly to the machine bed, which prevents machine and equipment vibrations. Various tanks and protection basins can also be injected tightly and thus prevent the mass of the tank from entering the environment.

Capillary break

Capillary break is a method used to break the capillary rise of water and gases in brick or concrete structures. After the procedure, the walls can be coated. The method is suitable for places where you want to prevent the rise of capillary water or gases. It can be used in both concrete and brick structures. We offer anchoring work related to soil, rock, foundation and foundation construction at construction sites all over Finland. We are an experienced provider of anchoring works and have served both private companies and the public sector for several years. We can also do post-casting with brazed concrete - ask for more information!

We use rod anchors for anchoring. We use several anchors that we have found useful. Our selection includes, among others, the following brands:

  • Wow

  • Dywidag

  • SAH

  • Ischebeck

  • Titan

In connection with the anchoring work, we perform the necessary water pressure tests, injections and open drilling. Our versatile equipment bites into brick, concrete and rock. We are glad to tell you more about our services.

Ensure smooth anchoring work

Anchoring work requires both advance preparation and subsequent work. We know how to take all the details into account. In terms of the flow of work, it is worth checking:

building permits

  • bearing capacity of structures

  • the need for structural support

  • whether the structures can withstand the weight of the equipment

  • technology hidden in walls and beams (HVAC)

  • dust and moisture tolerance of the object

  • drilling hole markings

  • removal of drilling waste.

We will be happy to help you prepare for the anchoring work. Our service is comprehensive and covers everything from mapping needs and problems to planning, implementation and final reporting.

Castings with brazed concrete

With post-casting, different structures can be attached to each other so that there are no empty spaces between the structures to weaken the structure.

  • anchoring welds in concrete and rock

  • brazing castings of pillars

  • repair of damage to concrete structures (also under water)

  • installation and attachment castings to the engine bed

  • post castings between steel and concrete structures
